Objectives

1. Empowering Women in Rural Areas: The project aims to train and equip women in rural communities with entrepreneurial and digital skills, enabling them to establish and manage sustainable social enterprises.

2. Encouraging Social Entrepreneurship: By providing specialized training in business development, eco-sustainability, and social responsibility, poWER seeks to foster social enterprises that generate positive economic and social impact in rural areas.

3. Bridging the Digital Divide: The project will create digital platforms offering training modules and business tools to ensure accessibility to education and resources for women in remote areas.

4. Supporting Sustainable Business Development: Training materials and mentoring programs will emphasize eco-sustainable business models and social impact-driven entrepreneurship.

5. Building a Supportive Community: The initiative will establish a network of female entrepreneurs, mentors, and stakeholders to foster knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and long-term support.
